World Pathway LTD provides visa consultancy and application-support services, including document preparation, application assistance, appointment support, travel itinerary and related services.

2. No Visa Guarantee

We do not guarantee visa approval, visa duration, number of entries or processing time. All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Clients are responsible for attending appointments and following the requirements of the relevant authorities.

4. Fees & Payments

All service fees will be communicated before the service is provided. Government visa fees, appointment fees and third-party charges may be separate unless specifically included in your package.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the service purchased, work already completed, third-party costs and applicable UK consumer law. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Third-Party Services

We may assist with flights, accommodation, insurance and other third-party services. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

7. Processing Times

Visa processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by embassies, visa centres, government authorities or other third parties.

8. False Documents

We do not knowingly accept or submit fraudulent, altered or misleading documents. Providing false information may result in termination of our services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
