1. Service Fees

Once our services have commenced, fees may be non-refundable where work has already been completed, including consultation, document review, application preparation, appointment assistance, or other agreed services.

2. Government & Third-Party Fees

Visa application fees, appointment fees, insurance, flight bookings, accommodation, courier charges, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable and are subject to the relevant provider's terms.

3. Visa Refusal

Visa fees and consultancy/service fees are not automatically refundable if a visa application is refused, as the final decision is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

4. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will be assessed based on the work already completed and any costs already incurred.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6. No Guarantee

Payment for our services does not guarantee visa approval, a particular visa duration, or a specific processing time.
